Bike Trail

Hello bloggers.
Yesterday we were learning about bike safety.   We had to find a local bike trail. I found the Twin Coast Cycle Trail. We also had to find five towns that the track went by.  After that we had to make a DLO to display where the bike trail go's and where the towns are that it went by.  I found it easy to find five different towns. It was hard to know where the towns go on the roads. I learnt what where a local bike trail is.  I enjoyed making my DLO.

Team Moana's Favourite Things

For the last couple of weeks we have been making graph to show what Team Moana's favourite things are. Some of us could choose to do a pie graph. Most people could only do bar graphs. I was allowed to do a pie graph. I found to easy to put the data into the graphs. I found to hard to collect all the information. The whole learning behind this was to learn statistics.

The Living World Unit Study

Hello,
 This is my living world slideshow. For the next 5 or 6 weeks we will be choosing our own activities to learn about the living world. We did a multiple intelligences test to see what kind of learner we were. My top three ways of learning intelligences are;
 1.Naturalist
2. Kinaesthetic
3. Interpersonal.
I am looking forward to do the activities for my three intelligences. It was interesting to find out what my three intelligence ways of learning were.

Animals Reproduction

Hello fellow bloggers.
Today and yesterday we had to make a DLO about the reproduction of an animal.  We had to choose out of a sheep, cow, llama or chicken. I chose chickens. I found it easy to find information about chicken since I know a lot about them. I found it hard to remember everything about a chicken. The whole learning behind this was to find out how animals reproduce.

MRS GREN

For the last couple of days we have been learning about MRS GREN. MRS GREN is about life forms. MRS GREN stands for Move, Respire, Sense,  Growth, Reproduce, Excretion and Nutrition. After that we had to make a poster about MRS GREN. Leonor and I made a poster together. I found to easy to remember the seven letters of MRS GREN. I found to hard to remember some of the words in MRS GREN. I learnt about what MRS GREN stands for. The whole learning behind this task was to find out what things you have to have to be a life form and how a life form survives.

Bike Safety

Today and Yesterday we were learning about bike safety.   We had to read an article about bike safety. We learnt how to be safe on a bike after reading the article. After that we had to make a DLO to display how to be safe on a bike. I found it easy to fit everything on my DLO about bike safety. It was hard to find some information. I learnt what to do when you ride you bike at night. The meaning be hide this task was to know how to be safe on a bike. I enjoyed making my DLO.

Figure Me Out!

Today and yesterday for maths we were doing figure me out posters. We had to find equation that equal our age, shoe size, birth month, birth date, number of people in our family, number of letters in our names, number of pets we have and number of sports games we've been to. We had to use a division, multiplication, addition and subtraction equation. I found it easy to find easy to work with my buddy. I found it hard to fit everything on my google draw.
